We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Provide and monitor the delivery of high standards of nursing care.
Administer and record medications safely in accordance with company policies and NMC guidelines.
Maintain accurate and detailed resident records, care plans, and reports.
Supervise and support care staff, ensuring effective teamwork during each shift.
Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
Ensure compliance with all CQC and company standards, including safeguarding and infection control.
Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Minimum of 1 year of post-registration nursing experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
A compassionate and professional approach to care delivery.
