The Role:
As part of our ongoing expansion, Pangaea Biosciences is looking for a proactive and solution-oriented individual to join us in our newly created position of
Registrations Coordinator
. Reporting to the Registration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our product portfolio remains compliant by collecting data, preparing regulatory dossiers, and managing submissions through UK HSE and EU regulatory frameworks.
This role is a vital part of our busy registrations team where, due to the nature of the business, time is often of the essence and attention to detail is key. No two days will be the same, so you'll need to thrive in a changing environment and stay adaptable. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Data management: gather, curate and analyse scientific and administrative data for new and existing registrations; maintain accurate, audit?ready records.
Regulatory submissions: assemble and submit high?quality registration dossiers and variations to the Health & Safety Executive and other UK/EU bodies; monitor progress and respond to queries.
Communication & collaboration: act as the link between regulatory authorities, internal R&D, commercial teams and external consultants, ensuring information flows smoothly and deadlines are met.
Problem?solving: identify potential issues, propose solutions, and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
About You:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally involving data entry or registration processes.
Previous experience within the chemical, agrochemical, biocide, or other highly regulated industries is an advantage, but not essential.
A degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
You have a keen eye for detail and a thorough and methodical working style.
Self-motivated and resilient, you're comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential; an additional European language, particularly Portuguese or German, are highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working with data management systems (full training will be provided).
What We Offer:
Salary: 27-30K (depending on experience/qualifications)
Discretionary bonus (dependent on company and employee performance)
37.5 hours a week (9:00- 5:30 Mon-Fri)
