We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities



Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with medical prescriptions and legal requirements Provide NHS and Private Services Provide expert advice to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions Monitor patient health and progress, offering guidance on medication adherence and lifestyle adjustments Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions dispensed and patient interactions Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise treatment plans and ensure patient safety Oversee inventory management, including ordering, storage, and disposal of pharmaceuticals Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols Educate patients on anatomy-related concerns that may impact their medication or treatment plans

Skills



Proven experience in pharmacy practice with a strong emphasis on patient care ICU experience is highly advantageous, demonstrating capability in handling complex cases and critical medication management In-depth knowledge of anatomy to understand drug actions and interactions effectively Proficiency in medication administration procedures and protocols Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and inventory control Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities efficiently
