Regulatory Compliance Officer - iGaming UK

We're an ambitious sportsbook and iGaming start-up looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer to help us build a safe, secure, and fully compliant operation. This role is a chance to make a real impact in a growing business where compliance sits at the core.

Hybrid Work

This is a full-time role based primarily in our Colchester office, with the flexibility of some remote working.

What You'll Do

Oversee AML, KYC, GDPR, ISO27001 and UKGC compliance. Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and audit reports. Monitor regulatory requirements and support internal/external audits. Act as the first point of contact for compliance across the company. Provide training and guidance to ensure best practice.

What We're Looking For

Experience in compliance (iGaming, finance, or other regulated industry). Knowledge of UKGC rules, AML/KYC, GDPR, and ISO27001. Strong detail focus and clear communication skills. Proactive mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 40,000.00 per year
