Are you a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager? Do you want to lead various programs within our Change the Bank team? This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in project management, operations management, and regulatory compliance.

As Regulatory Project Manager in Regulatory Operations team you will lead and manage large-scale projects within the bank, specifically focusing on changes related to regulatory compliance and operations.

Job responsibilities

  • Drives initiatives from conception through to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills
  • Ensures that all projects align with regulatory requirements and bank standards
  • Collaborates with various departments to understand and integrate regulatory changes into daily operations
  • Utilizes effective project management strategies to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • Executes projects autonomously, efficiently managing resources, timelines, and budgets
  • Prepares and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a significant portion in a banking or financial services environment
  • Proven track record in operations management and navigating regulatory landscapes
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to banking and financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex projects independently
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards
  • Knowledge of payment products and related regulatory landscape
