Your Role
As a Rehabilitation Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey. You'll deliver personalised care, motivate patients, and promote self-management strategies in both one-on-one and group settings. Your goal is to champion high-quality rehabilitation and contribute to a positive and dynamic culture.
Key Responsibilities
Craft Personalised Treatment Plans: Develop and deliver tailored treatment plans that help patients achieve their unique goals.
Motivate and Inspire: Use your exceptional communication skills to motivate and encourage patients, even in challenging situations.
Evaluate and Adapt: Continuously assess patient responses and treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to address any concerns and ensure seamless patient care.
Provide Compassionate Care: Offer empathetic support throughout the rehabilitation journey, making a real difference in patients' lives.
What We're Looking For
Essential: Relevant experience in a therapy or exercise setting, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualifications, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of clinical protocols.
Desirable: Previous experience in the sports and fitness industry, leadership roles, and additional qualifications in rehabilitation or fitness.
