We are seeking a passionate and innovative Neurorehabilitation Practitioner to join our groundbreaking clinic. You will receiving direct mentorship and full training in our method within a collaborative environment to push the boundaries of rehabilitation for neurodegenerative and neurological conditions. Experience working with neurological conditions advantageous but not essential.
Curiosity and openness to learning new, innovative approaches that bridge sport science and neurorehabilitation ESSENTIAL for this role.
No sales or financial targets unlike many private rehabilitation businesses, we provide our practitioners with clients, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional outcomes using human performance-focused methodologies and cutting edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one rehabilitation sessions with clients, applying our industry-leading methodology to neurological conditions
Utilise a state-of-the-art technology stack to deliver exceptional outcomes through performance-based approaches
Apply principles of athletic performance, movement analysis, and exercise science to neurological rehabilitation, including access to a state of the art gym facility
Contribute to the growth and development of our unique approach to rehabilitation, particularly in challenging cases where traditional methods have shown limited success
Qualifications and Skills:
Background in
sport science, sports therapy, sports rehabilitation, or exercise science
(specific qualifications are flexible, but sport-focused credentials preferred)
Essential comprehensive knowledge of
exercise physiology, biomechanics, and human performance
Understanding of
movement patterns, athletic training principles, and performance optimisation
Knowledge of neurological and neurodegenerative conditions is highly advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
Experience with
strength and conditioning, hypertophy/bodybuilding, personal training, functional movement assessment, or sports injury rehabilitation
advantageous
Curiosity and openness to learning new, innovative approaches that bridge sport science and neurorehabilitation
Creative problem-solving skills, particularly in applying sport science principles to complex neurological cases
Passion for making genuine changes in the lives of those with complex conditions through performance-based interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Open-minded and adaptable, especially when applying sport science principles to challenging neurological cases

We are specifically seeking candidates with sport science, sports therapy, or sports rehabilitation backgrounds. This role is not suited to physiotherapists or medical doctors, as we are implementing a distinct sport science and human performance approach to neurorehabilitation.
