We're seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Rehabilitation Program Coordinator to oversee the flow of patient care within our clinic.
About the Role:
This role involves overseeing key touchpoints in each patient's rehabilitation journey--from first contact through to ongoing program support. You'll be responsible for ensuring patients understand their care plans, attend regularly, and receive timely support throughout.
Patient Program Coordination:
Schedule appointments, rebookings, and check-ins to ensure treatment consistency
Educate patients about the structure of their rehabilitation process (training provided)
Communicate clearly about payment plans and care pathways
Keep records accurate and up to date, ensuring data supports smooth clinical decision-making
Front-of-House & Support Tasks:
Greet patients and ensure a smooth arrival and check-in process
Handle phone and digital communications in a professional, proactive way
Support chiropractors with nervous system scanning and therapy preparation
Set up and manage equipment such as traction benches and scanning tools (training provided)
Help ensure clinic flow remains efficient and well-organised throughout the day
Who You Are:
You enjoy organising and improving processes while staying people-focused
You're confident explaining plans and timelines to clients in a helpful way
You're proactive, detail-minded, and great at following up
Ideally, you have experience in a care coordination, therapy assistant, or health administration role
You're tech-savvy and happy working with appointment systems and digital files
You're comfortable supporting light clinical duties and assisting with equipment setup
Working Hours:
Flexibility required to work shifts between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm on weekdays
Saturday morning availability (8:30 am - 1:30 pm) for potential holiday cover
