We're now seeking a compassionate and organised Rehabilitation Support Coordinator to play a key role in the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Rehabilitation Support Coordinator, you'll be both the welcoming face of the clinic and an essential support in the delivery of care. You'll help patients feel confident, informed, and comfortable before, during, and after their treatments.

Front-of-House & Client Care:

Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Manage appointments, rebookings, and follow-ups with attention to detail Handle phone, email, and social media enquiries in a timely and caring manner Support patients with information around care plans and payment options Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records Ensure the reception and clinic environment is always tidy and welcoming
Rehabilitation & Clinical Support:

Assist chiropractors by performing nervous system scans (full training provided) Prepare patients for their care sessions, including setting up therapy equipment Support patients using traction benches or rehab aids, ensuring safety and comfort Maintain a smooth treatment room turnaround and assist with clinical flow Observe and support patients with a calm, confident presence
Requirements:

A genuine desire to help others and an interest in health, mobility, or rehabilitation Warm and confident communication style Comfortable explaining services, care plans, and financial options Organised and detail-focused with strong admin and multitasking skills Friendly, proactive, and reliable Able to work confidently around physical therapy tools and patients (training provided) Available to work varied shifts between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm weekdays and Saturday mornings
Bonus: Experience with social media or digital platforms is an advantage
