Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team.

We provide exceptional rehabilitation for individuals following an acquired brain injury and we have a passion for providing outstanding support. For this reason, all our CQC inspected services are rated outstanding across the board.

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers support service users to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. The role will involve some personal care depending on the needs of the people in the service.

We provide full, in-depth training and mentoring so we're happy to consider individuals from all backgrounds and levels of experience. What we are looking for is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive creative team.

Part time and full time positions are available. As we are a 24 hr environment the shifts cover evening and weekend work.

The ideal candidates will be positive, proactive individuals who are passionate in making a difference to the lives of others.
