As a Relations Officer at TBYMUK, you will play a key role in advancing the organisation's mission by developing partnerships, identifying financial support opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with the Board of Directors and relevant team members to support ongoing projects, contribute to organisational reporting, and strengthen our network of collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships and Financial Support
Identify and establish potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with organisations, sponsors, and donors.
Support the development of long-term strategies for partnership growth and income generation.
Organisational Operations Support
Support project management efforts and coordinate relevant initiatives.
Facilitate communication with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on partnership progress.
Contribute to tracking and reporting on partnership outcomes and financial contributions.
Promote continuous improvement by reviewing and refining partnership processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience or interest in fundraising, partnership building, or nonprofit operations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for mental health advocacy and community support.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Highly committed, and eligible for leadership roles.
Commonly achieved and exceeded by Directors and the Chief Executive.
