We are now seeking to appoint a kind, confident and highly organised

Relationship and Communications Coordinator

to join our central team. This is a key role for someone who has a natural warmth, great communication skills, and a creative approach to building relationships and sharing stories. You will be the point of contact for our enquiries phone line and will oversee our group social media presence -- representing the heart, compassion and community spirit of Lovett Care, this is a full time position with an excellent salary of 30,000.00 per annum.

Role Responsibilities:



Manage the dedicated enquiries phone line, responding to new enquiries with warmth, empathy and professionalism. Handle telephone, email, and online enquiries effectively and efficiently. Work closely with Home Managers to coordinate follow-ups, show rounds and admissions. Maintain accurate enquiry records and monitor progress. Develop positive relationships with residents' families and external partners. Manage and schedule social media content across all group platforms. Create engaging daily content that reflects life in our homes. Liaise with homes to gather updates, stories, photos and event information. Promote activities, community projects and celebrations. Respond to messages and comments in a timely and appropriate manner. Ensure content aligns with brand tone, values and privacy expectations. Track and report engagement and reach. Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure consistent messaging. Help build the reputation, identity and community engagement of Lovett Care.

Skills and Experience Required:



Essential



Experience handling customer or client enquiries. Experience managing social media platforms confidently and professionally. Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal. Excellent content writing and editing ability. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure with empathy and patience. Friendly, professional and approachable attitude. Passionate about storytelling and community engagement.
