Relationship Manager - B2B Events
Salary up to 35,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Central London, Hybrid working (3 days in London each week)
Join a fast-growing B2B media and events company as a Relationship Manager, supporting and engaging VIP attendees across a portfolio of global business conferences. You'll manage multiple international projects at once, with exciting travel opportunities.
Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding journey for VIP guests, including registration, event information and ongoing support.
• Use research and audience insights to identify relevant buyer profiles and connect them with suitable event partners.
• Reach out to prospective participants via phone, email and social platforms.
• Pre-qualify attendees to ensure they meet event criteria.
• Nurture strong, professional relationships with senior-level guests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Handle sensitive issues with discretion and maintain high standards of communication.
• Contribute to hands-on preparation in the lead-up to each event.

Ideal Profile

• Background in customer service, sales or telesales.
• Confident communicator who can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Experience in building and sustaining client relationships.
• Highly organised, detail-driven and proactive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with senior executives and managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
