Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

to build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with high-net-worth and mass affluent clients. The successful candidate will provide personalized financial solutions, deliver exceptional client service, and support clients in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives Provide wealth management solutions, including investment products, portfolio guidance, and financial planning services Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments aligned with market conditions and client goals Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored investment and wealth solutions Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk management standards Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager, or similar role in financial services Strong knowledge of wealth management products, investments, and financial markets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients High level of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or equivalent) Existing client base or strong networking capability Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
