Due to expansion in our Distribution team we have two brand new opportunities to join us as a Relationship Support Assistant. These positions have been introduced to support our continued growth and success in the UK financial advice market.
As a Relationship Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in protecting and developing our mutually valued relationships, helping to deliver sustainable growth through the distribution of our propositions. With a strong customer focus, you'll help extend our reach across all channels and platforms through which consumers access long-term savings and protection products, contributing directly to our Distribution team's targets.
We're looking to speak with driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Processing salary exchange quotes
Educating our consultants on self serve using new platform
Processing illustration requests
Partnership events
Update adviser CRM with key sales information
Assist in promotion of campaigns
Support the delivery of a smooth, efficient and professional sales process
Support scheme pricing and submissions
About you
Demonstratable understanding of the competitive landscape in which Royal London operates
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to translate Sales MI into meaningful data for the adviser
Ability to spot sales opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders through different channels
Strong time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask effectively
