About the Role:



Program Development & Leadership Develop and evolve a factory-wide reliability engineering program. Develop reliability strategies aligned with business goals, including predictive and preventive maintenance plans. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) initiatives. Data Analysis & Reporting, Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends, chronic issues, and improvement opportunities. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Maintenance Optimization Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset lifecycle and reduce unplanned downtime. Implement condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).

Hours of Work:



Mon - Fri - 07:00 - 15:00


40 hours per week


1 hour break


Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:



Experience in reliability engineering or maintenance in a large manufacturing or industrial setting. Design and implement a factory-wide reliability engineering program from the ground up. Knowledge of SAP PM or similar enterprise asset management systems. Proven track record of setting up or significantly improving a reliability program. Experience with CMMS, reliability software, and data analytics tools.
