Job description

Freshstart Care Ltd are looking for a committed and passionate individual to expand the team at our Llanelli children's home.

The role will be to support children within the home with their emotional and behavioural needs. You will act as role model and provide support with the day to day needs whilst behaving in a child centred and non discriminatory manner. There will be scheduled duties to be completed throughout the day / night as well as some basic cleaning tasks.

You will supported by a passionate and pro active management team who have extensive experience in the industry.

AWIF or QCF Level 3 children and young people is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for individuals with a positive and pro-active attitude who are keep to learn and develop both personally and professionally.

Enhanced DBs check is required for this role.

Paid training will also be provided. There is also scope for permanent, full time contract after probation period in line with the needs of the service.

Pay: 12.90-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
