We are a well-established Care Home group and have been operating in Pembrokeshire for over 30 years supporting Adults and older people, we as a group have 6 well established Residential Homes.
We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable employees to work in our Catering department. Previous Catering Experience is essential. Qualifications are desirable.
Due to the nature of the work, this post is deemed to require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
To assist in the running of the kitchen in an efficient manner, with all health, safety and hygiene rules and regulations.
Plan, Prepare and Cook nutritious meals for the Residents.
Work as part of a team
To replenish and maintain food at appropriate levels and to ensure stock is rotated accordantly.
To keep the kitchen clean and tidy and to follow cleaning schedule.
To ensure that kitchen and storage areas are hygienic and tidy, with stock managed efficiently and according to Health & Safety regulations.
Follow COSHH procedures as per the department training programme.
