The Role

Signature Dining have a vacancy for a

mobile relief chef

.

Working 40 Hours per week, covering sites in High Wycombe, Birmingham and Lancashire and various shifts (including evenings and weekends) as required. 36-38k plus 45p per mile travel expenses.

We are seeking a flexible, confident and creative chef with a genuine passion for fresh food, a compassionate nature and the desire to further their skills and career.

As our relief chef you will...

Have access to your own vehicle Be willing to travel Be flexible - available to cover staff holidays and short term sickness absences Support in the preparation of high quality meals using the finest fresh ingredients and presented with love and care Provide a daily breakfast, lunch and supper service Report directly to the chef manager Support the chef manager in the day to day running of the kitchen Have good communication skills Be passionate about producing fantastic food Demonstrate effective team work skills Possess excellent culinary skills and be up to date with current food trends Be comfortable engaging with vulnerable adults and their relatives Have excellent interpersonal skills Have a natural passion for providing excellent food and customer service Hold a City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or equivalent Have completed Health & Safety and Food Safety Training
