At Go2, we're all about giving children and young people with disabilities the best possible short break experience one filled with fun, friendship, and plenty of support. Now, we're looking for someone just like you to join us as a Children's Worker.


This isn't just a care role it's a chance to bring joy, build confidence, and create positive memories that children and families can treasure.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting children and young people with complex physical and emotional needs in a warm, residential setting

Helping them take part in exciting activities both in the service and out in the community

Making sure care plans are followed and updated, and working closely with families and professionals

Providing personal care with compassion and dignity

Acting as a Keyworker for individual children and being their consistent, caring point of contact

You'll be a brilliant fit if you:

Love working with children and believe in their potential

Understand disability and child development or are keen to learn

Can work shifts, including weekends and evenings, as part of a supportive rota

Are reflective, responsible and ready to grow

Have or are willing to work towards your SVQ3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) and HNC

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
