The Role: Relief Duty Manager

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where no two days are the same? As a Relief Duty Manager, you'll be the heart of our hostel operations, ensuring our guests feel welcome, safe, and supported. You'll be part of a friendly and passionate team, where your work will directly contribute to the YMCA Brunel Group's charitable mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the face of our hostel, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Manage bookings, handle enquiries, and ensure our communal spaces are inviting and well-maintained. Safeguard the well-being of guests, resolving any issues swiftly and ensuring a positive experience. Provide local information to enhance our guests' stay and contribute to a vibrant community feel. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, including handling room checks, managing maintenance issues, and addressing any guest concerns. Confidently manage night shifts, ensuring safety and peace of mind for all.
