Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and care to an individual in her own home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and be committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance to this young woman, including help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer first aid and medication as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist with meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those with dementia or requiring hospice care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for this young woman , adhering to health and safety regulations. Drive her to appointments
Experience
Previous experience in care, patient care, or childcare is highly desirable. A background in first aid training will be beneficial for this role. Experience in assisted living or hospice care settings is preferred but not mandatory. A valid driving licence is essential for transporting clients when required.
