Welcome visitors and the local community to the centre and provide information on current displays and local history.
Effectively promote the centre and the local area.
Undertake reception duties including telephone enquiries, cash handling and banking of income
Monitor the building and internal displays and report any defects as appropriate.
Assist in the provision of displays and activities within the centre an surrounding area.
Distribute publicity and tourist materials and restock as appropriate.
Maintain and report an accurate record of visitor numbers.
Assist in the provision of catering facilities as required.
Ensure all activities are carried out safely.
Undertake cleaning duties as required to ensure a high standard of cleanliness within the centre
Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and High Life Highland as a whole.
Attend and undertake any training online or in person.
Aim to reduce wastage and uphold our environmental values of being as sustainable as possible in all tasks.
Assist and support other areas of High Life Highland with particular projects, training or in the event of holidays or sickness working cross-functionally across the team.
