Are you interested in Library and Information Services and do you have excellent customer care skills? If so, we need someone like you to provide access to a wide range of reading material, information and electronic resources. As well as day to day library routines, you will deal with customer enquiries and assist in the use of public access computers. Essential requirements for this post are literacy, numeracy and IT to a minimum of level 2.
You would be expected to be available to work at short notice and, on occasions, evenings and weekends.
Hours variable depending on the needs of service.
