Working in our trauma responsive supported living homes for young people ages 16-19
Two home locations for shifts: SA11 3BE (Neath) & SA1 6JJ (Swansea)
Fabric Family are looking to expand our relief life coach team. These hours are not set hours and are on a zero hour contract. Our homes need shift cover when our full time life coaches are on leave, absent or on training days. We train our relief life coaches to the same level as our full time life coaches as we understand the benefits to the young people we support in having team members around who are confident, competent and familar with the workplace operations. We do not wish to use unfamilar agency team members to cover our shifts as this does not provide consistency for our young people within the homes.
