Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relief Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The Relief Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the absence of the regular manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the business. This role is based in the South Hams area of Devon and applicants must be able to drive and have their own transport. This position will involve working between three Pub Restaurants and a Bistro.

Duties

- Supervise staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage sales activities and promote products/services
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as stock and ordering Bright HR rota's.
- Implement marketing strategies and meet targets.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership capabilities to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.

The ability to building strong working relationships between Owners and Managers is essential.
