The schedule for Stratford-upon-Avon is Tuesday to Sunday( hours to be confirmed) so if called in, these are the days you'll work.

What You'll Do

As a Community Safety Officer, you will:

Be a visible, trusted presence within the local community. Build relationships with residents and local stakeholders to tackle anti-social behaviour and safety concerns. Respond to incidents when required and liaise with police or other partners. Gather community intelligence and provide reassurance to members of the public. Support the community through engagement, empathy, and problem-solving.

About You

A confident communicator with a genuine interest in public service. Reliable, proactive, and professional in your conduct. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Calm under pressure and committed to keeping communities safe.

Requirements

Valid SIA Frontline License

First Aid Certification

Minimum 2 years' experience in a security-related role (preferred)

Desirable

Full UK Driving License

First Aid Certification
