Creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing home-from-home environment.
Helping young people feel seen, heard, and valued even on the tough days.
Getting involved in everyday routines, fun activities, and the occasional baking session or board game battle!

Bringing energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to engage, play and have fun because joy is just as important as care.
We're looking for people who:
Bring kindness, patience, and a calm presence to every shift.
Are adaptable, dependable, and able to step into new situations with confidence.
Know how to listen, support, and build trust.
Have experience working with children or young people or a willingness to learn through full training.
Hold a full manual driving licence we often head out for activities or support young people with day-to-day outings.

Shift pattern:
Our homes operate on a rolling rota with
early (7am3pm), late (2pm10pm), and sleepover shifts, including weekends.
As part of our relief team, you'll work a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts with the flexibility to tell us when you're available and pick up the shifts that suit you.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
