As a relief residential worker you would be expected to cover shifts when needed including for sickness, annual leave and where additional staff is needed.
Pay - 14.82ph

Ability to listen to children, young people and their families and to communicate with colleagues and other professionals verbally and in writing
Ability to complete relevant training including National Diploma 3
Have confidence to establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals and groups
Be able to maintain a safe environment
Ability to encourage play and socialisation
Ability to work within agreed policies and procedures and use judgement appropriately
Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays, often at short notice
