The

Relief Staff Member (RSM)

position requires individuals to be on standby to cover shifts at various locations in London as required. The ideal candidate must have flexibility and be available for short-notice assignments. The primary responsibility is to provide security coverage for different sites, including filling in for absent staff or during busy periods. The RSM may also be assigned to temporary projects.

Although the RSM is not permanently stationed at any site, professionalism in performing duties is paramount. The highest priority is safeguarding the premises, assets, staff, and visitors, and projecting a commanding and authoritative presence is vital.

As a representative of NSN Corporation, the RSM must be polite and courteous while executing duties professionally and promptly, following Assignment Instructions and Site Guidance Procedures.

Performance standards must meet or exceed expectations to ensure the safety and security of NSN Corporation and clients. To this end, we must remain vigilant and proactive at all times.

Responsibilities:

-Be available for shifts with short notice
-Arrive in full uniform, displaying SIA license and company ID
-Report for duty early for briefing and handover
-Follow the signing in and out procedures
-Comply with Assignment Instructions and security requirements
-Conduct regular patrols as per instructions
-Manage site access and control measures
-Document all incidents and maintain accurate logs

Qualifications:

-Flexible and available at short notice
-Front Desk experience
-Valid SIA license
-Strong customer service skills
-Good verbal and written communication abilities
-Eligible to work in the UK
-Provide a verifiable 5-year work history

Pay: 12.80-14.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
