As a Relief Support Worker, you will help create a safe, supportive environment where each person is treated with dignity and encouraged to live with confidence and independence. This is a flexible role where your compassion, reliability and presence can have a meaningful impact.

What you'll do

Provide personal care and practical support tailored to individual needs Promote inclusion and independence in daily tasks, activities, education and employment Act as a Keyworker, creating and implementing person centred plans Respond to emergencies and support positive risk management Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality Work flexibly across a range of shifts

What you'll bring

Ideally, you will hold SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or be willing to work towards this within an agreed timeframe. You will bring experience in the caring sector, the ability to use basic IT systems and a respectful approach to the organisation's Christian ethos. Membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC are essential. A calm, reliable and person centred approach will help you thrive in this role.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
