About the Role

Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do

Care at home Housing Support General household chores Personal care Enabling the people we support to reach potential Maintaining social contact and community networking Support to lead fulfilled and meaningful lives Support to attend events, appointments and social events Support with finances Medication administration/reordering Pro-active response in meeting all aspects of support

Requirements

Must be able to work as part of a team and lone working; take initiative and problem-solving skills. Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process) Drivers preferred but not essential
