The Systems Technician will be joining a specialized team within an exciting and fast-paced environment to work cohesively as part of the Command Centre Team at Santander.
The applicant will be required to successfully respond, support, and manage alarm activity signals presented by the specialist monitoring software.
About the Role:
As a Relief Systems Technicianyou will be responsible for:
Responsible for the incident management of both the Santander Head Office and Retail Estates as a result of alarm activations.
The first port of call for all internal and external escalation.
Working alongside Santander Security Management (Strategic partners)
Respond to all alarms and customer calls within strict target guidelines.
Following appropriate training will demonstrate a competent understanding of the systems used in the SCC.
Proactively be part of team-based problem-solving activities.
Respond quickly to customer requests for information and action.
Ability to write accurate and comprehensive incident reports.
Ability to communicate effectively and have awareness of non-verbal cues.
Demonstrates open body language.

What we are looking for:
Essential
Call centre experience.
Be able to promote and deliver excellent customer service.
T. Skills and proficient in Microsoft Officer tools and applications.
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
Proven Data Analysis experience
Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability
Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.
An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' needs.
