Castlehill - High Support Accommodation
Our high support accommodation services offer a low threshold service, supporting people who have a long history of street drinking and homelessness. The project operates 24/7, with a team of Support Workers split
between day and night rotas, delivering services based on the principles of harm reduction. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a member of a highly professional team, responsible for the running of the project, providing care and support to this marginalised group;
You\'ll need:
- A minimum 6 months full time work experience or 1 years volunteering experience supporting vulnerable people
- An awareness of health and safety responsiblities withhin a residential setting
- competent IT skills
- ability to be flexible to meet the varying needs of the service users
- knowledge and experience of assessing needs and risk with the ability to develop/maintain specific and targeted service user support plans
- commitment to the ethos of Depaul
