At any one time across our fantastic projects, we are supporting up to 1,500 individuals, their families and communities helping them to live better lives.

Our Cherrywood Project based in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, provides person-centred support to nine adults with severe to profound physical and learning disabilities. The project comprises of two purpose-built bungalows.

We are looking to recruit Relief Workers to join our team, who are motived and enthusiastic with the ability to effectively ensure they deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care and support.

Shift working, including weekends and sleepovers are a requirement of the post. Flexibility and short notice working may be required.

You should possess excellent communication skills; have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Qualifications or experience are not essential. We offer excellent support, training and a salary of \xc2\xa311.10 per hour.

If successful but unqualified, you will have to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory requirements but don\'t worry we will support you with this.
