Remarketing Administrator
Location: Petersfield
Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of collaborative working with our colleagues and the team is in around one day per week In the Petersfield office.

You and Your Team:
Join our team as a Remarketing Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of our remarketing processes. Reporting directly to the Remarketing Team Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recording vehicle data, managing documentation with meticulous care, and overseeing data quality across our customer processes.
In your day-to-day role, as a Remarketing Administrator you will:

  • Bring vehicles into stock and record relevant data
  • Ensure all Vehicle Condition Reports are received and logged
  • Follow up with Auction branches to confirm relevant documents delivered and present
  • Order replacement logbooks or V5C documentation to show the registered keeper of a vehicle, where appropriate
  • Progress Cherished plate retentions on behalf of our customers as required
  • Statutory Off-Road Notice declarations
  • Organise and authorise mechanical works required and manage timeframes with our suppliers
  • Manage British Car Auction (BCA) account controllers and 3rd party suppliers
  • Adhere to the FCA Conduct rules
What will make you stand out?
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills required
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferable
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workflow

  • A Teams interview with the Hiring manager
