Position Summary:



We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Remedials Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support on remedial actions to address and resolve compliance, operational, or quality issues. This role involves assessing root causes, recommending effective solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to implement corrective measures that enhance overall performance and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:



Analyse and evaluate issues requiring remedial intervention across operational, compliance, or quality domains. Develop detailed remediation plans based on thorough root cause analysis. Advise teams and partners on best practices for corrective actions and continuous improvement. Monitor the progress of remediation activities to ensure timely and effective resolution. Prepare reports and documentation detailing remedial actions taken and their outcomes. Liaise with regulatory bodies or auditors, providing necessary

information and demonstrating compliance with remediation requirements.

Educate employees to prevent recurrence of identified issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate remedial advice into broader organisational processes.

Qualifications:



Qualified in Risk Management, Compliance, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in a remedial advisory, compliance, quality assurance, or similar role. Technical experience in Repairs would be desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
