About the Role
------------------
Errors in platform administration are an inherent part of any platform business. The effectiveness with which these errors are identified and corrected--both in terms of speed and accuracy--is critical to minimising disruption for our advisers and customers.
The role will cover three main elements:
Support the oversight of the Remediation Team at our outsourcing partner. The appointed individual will need to work closely with the Remediation Team setting priorities, monitoring and reporting on progress of assigned tasks, and conducting periodic sample checks to ensure quality and compliance.
Internal Remediation activities - some remediation activities may be performed by retained. Where this is required the role holder will be required to coordinate the corrective work using internal resources, ensuring sure the work aligns with our price comparison policy.
Professional Indemnity Insurance Claims - where corrective costs exceed our policy excess, we may seek recovery through our insurers. The role holder would be required to validate and annotate corrective cost data and prepare summary reports for our insurance brokers managing the process to closure.
The position consists of administrative, technical and relationship management elements and plays an important role in ensuring remediation work is completed effectively and in accordance with both our price comparison policy and our prioritisation framework.
Additional responsibilities also will include:
Production of management information (MI) and reporting across all remedial activities (both internal and outsourced).
Establishing and leading quality partnership meetings with outsourcing providers' Remediation Team.
Supporting the management of Private Indemnity Insurance claims and insurance brokers relationships.
Performing quality checks on outsourced remediation work and feedback through performance reviews.
Managing or executing retained remediation activities using existing BAU processes and resources.
