Pay: 35 - 50 per hour (depending on experience - Full Time Equivalent of 72,800 - 104,000)

Contract Type: Self-employed / Independent Contractor

Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week

About Us

We are a private psychiatry clinic focused on delivering high-quality, ethical care for individuals with ADHD. All diagnostic assessments and treatment initiation are carried out by consultant psychiatrists. Our multi-disciplinary team then provides ongoing patient support, including medication reviews and prescribing, under regular consultant supervision.

We are now looking to grow our team of experienced non-medical prescribers to help us continue delivering safe, effective, person-centred care to our patients.

The Role

We are seeking qualified Non-Medical Prescribers (Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacist Independent Prescribers, or Registered Nurses with V300) who are confident and competent in ADHD medication management. You will work remotely, carrying out follow-up medication reviews and issuing repeat prescriptions in accordance with treatment plans initiated by consultant psychiatrists.

You can choose hours that work around your other commitments and will receive regular clinical supervision and ongoing support from our consultant-led team.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct routine medication reviews for patients diagnosed with ADHD

Prescribe and monitor treatment in line with individual care plans

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Attend weekly supervision meetings with consultant psychiatrists

Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Flag any complex presentations or concerns for review by the consultant

What We're Looking For

V300 Independent Prescribing qualification (essential)

Registered with the appropriate UK professional body (NMC, GPhC, etc.)

At least 1 year of experience prescribing for ADHD in adults (experience with children/adolescents a bonus)

Comfortable working independently as a contractor within a structured clinical framework

Experience managing ADHD with co-occurring mental health conditions is advantageous

Strong communication, organisation, and clinical judgement
