At RADKA ADVERTISING, we focus on high-end advertising and consultancy, providing innovative strategies that enhance brand equity for B2B clients worldwide. Our work with major companies, including Fortune 500 firms and luxury automotive brands, helps them achieve industry leadership.

We seek motivated Sales Professionals to secure long-term retainers for our advertising and branding services. This role is for consultative closers, with deals averaging 9,000.

Native or bilingual speakers of English or Polish are needed to target high-growth international markets.

What You'll Get



Base Retainer: 200/month fixed

Elite Commission: 15% on the total value of closed agreements

Example 1: Close a deal worth 9,000 ? Earn 1,350 commission

Example 2: Close 2 deals/month ? Earn 2,700 commission + base = 2,900+ monthly (and growing!)

Your Role



Manage the full B2B sales cycle for advertising and branding investments

Reach out to C-level executives and decision-makers via Facebook, LinkedIn, email or your network

Present the value of our services, such as Brand Strategy and Data-Driven Analytics

Close high-value clients and facilitate onboarding

Track leads and sales activity accurately
