SW Drainage & Jet Solutions Ltd is a rapidly growing commercial drainage company providing CCTV surveys, PPM maintenance, emergency call-outs, and full drain repair services including patch lining, structural lining, excavations, and manhole refurbishment.
We are now seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to help drive commercial growth, secure new business, and close high-value repair projects. This role offers strong earning potential, autonomy, and long-term career progression as we scale across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and close new commercial accounts across South Wales
Sell drainage services: CCTV surveys, jetting, PPM contracts, emergency response
Sell drain repair works including patch lining, pipe replacement, manhole repairs and excavation projects
Attend site visits to assess repair requirements and create repair opportunities
Manage your full sales pipeline from initial contact to close
Build and maintain relationships with FM companies, property managers, industrial estates, retailers, restaurants, gyms, hotels, banks, and commercial clients
Work directly with the Director on sales strategy and growth planning
About You
2+ years B2B sales experience (FM, construction, maintenance, trades or technical services preferred)
Confident selling service-based or technical solutions
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing ability
Highly organised and able to manage your own pipeline
Excellent communication skills - phone, email and face-to-face
UK driving licence preferred
Salary & Benefits
35,000 - 46,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission paid on all repair works and contracts
