Location:
Remote within the UK. Attendance in Greater Manchester once every 1 to 2 months may be requested for training, team sessions or governance. Living nearby is a plus, not essential.

About Assured Pharmacy
Assured Pharmacy is a UK?regulated online pharmacy providing clinically led care in weight management, hair loss and erectile dysfunction. Work is structured and desk?based, with clear SOPs and modern telehealth tools.
Purpose of the role
Be the clinical face of the pharmacy for existing patients. When a patient contacts us with a question or problem about their medicines, you are the first point of contact. You will triage, advise, document and escalate to our prescribing team when appropriate.
The focus is clinical support and advice for current patients rather than new?customer consultations, though you may provide occasional cover. You will also carry out 3 monthly video review sessions, and telephone follow-ups for new patients in the first 3 weeks.
How you will engage with patients
Video:
existing patients can self?book advice sessions and 3 monthly reviews. You will run these clinical query and follow?up sessions.
Email:
monitor the clinical inbox, triage messages and provide clear, evidence?based responses. Invite to a more detailed video conversation where needed.
Phone:
take transfers from customer service for clinical queries or make call?backs by phone or video
What you will do
Clinical queries and safety?netting:
handle questions on side effects, dosing, titration, interactions and treatment expectations. Work within SOPs, identify red flags and escalate to prescribers appropriately.
Reviews -
Support the team in carrying out 3 monthly video reviews
Pharmacy queries:
answer patient questions about our pharmacy services and processes, coordinating with customer service where needed.
Documentation:
capture histories, advice and outcomes to a high standard so prescribers can make safe decisions.
Teamwork:
support the Superintendent Pharmacist, Prescribing Pharmacists and Video Pharmacists to resolve cases efficiently.
Standards:
maintain professional presentation on video and clear, easy?to?understand communication across channels. Follow GPhC standards.
Requirements
GPhC?registered Pharmacist. Suitable for recently qualified pharmacists.
Warm, personable and confident. Able to build rapport quickly and explain clinical points clearly on video, phone and email. Be the face of the pharmacy.
Comfortable with digital health platforms and structured pathways.
Communicate clearly and maintain a professional appearance.
Home setup:
quiet, private workspace with a plain white or neutral backdrop and stable broadband.
What we provide
All equipment supplied, including laptop, work phone, headset and ring light.
Full training given, with structured induction, SOP sign?off and ongoing clinical supervision.
Nice to have
Experience in weight management or men's?health.
Prior telehealth or remote consultation experience. ?
