The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, working across the business, you will:
Be the first point of contact for patients interested in private or specialist treatments
Manage and nurture patient enquiries from initial consultation through to treatment completion
Deliver clear, compassionate first point of contact consultations explaining treatment options, costs, and payment plans
Coordinate appointments with clinicians, and maintain accurate treatment plan documentation
Work closely with clinicians and managers to ensure seamless integration between administrative and clinical processes
Track and follow up on proposals, referrals, and outstanding treatment plans
Support promotional activities, such as patient events or digital outreach
Essential Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Strong customer service experience; confident in sales / treatment conversion
High level of organisational ability and attention to detail
Experience working with dental software, appointment scheduling, and financial systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to attend the practice for in-person meetings when needed
Desirable:
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental setting
Dental nurse qualification or previous dental experience
Knowledge of Exact, MPC, Pearl and Boxly CRM
Knowledge of NHS / private dental treatment pathways
Understanding of Dental Implants and Orthodontic treatments
Familiarity with digital marketing / social media in a healthcare setting
GDC registration or prior exposure to regulatory frameworks
