Competitive Compensation:

23,000 - 25,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus OTE 2,000 - 4,000.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities through telephone, email, and social platforms. Research and investigate potential prospects by using different techniques. Present your knowledge and expertise on your client's product or service. Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with clients. Research and identify growth areas, trends, and potential partnerships. Keep the CRM and Internal Reports up to date and manage your sales pipeline. Report back your KPIs and forecasted leads weekly.

Qualifications:



Recent graduate in any degree (non-graduates, attach a strong cover letter). Strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills. Resilience & Strong minded. Open to learning and adapting. A strong active listener. Proficient in computer skills and office equipment. Results-oriented with resilience and perseverance. Ambition to learn and develop a career in sales.

Desired Skills:



Experience with CRM systems. Working from home environment. Client-facing experience. Strong presenting skills Competitive nature with good timekeeping and organizational skills. Previous customer service or telephone experience. Proficiency in using LinkedIn.
