Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our vibrant healthcare services team in a fully remote capacity. This position is a 37.5-hour workweek spread over 5 days, aligning with GP operation hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). The role requires an immediate start

As a Clinical Pharmacist with us, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to assist patients in managing their medications and chronic conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Hold an undergraduate degree in pharmacy. Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Have previous experience working in Primary Care. Is either a year into the CPPE Pathway or completed the pathway. Be familiar and proficient in using SystemOne.
