We're looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with
Super Skills in Meta Ads
and a passion for getting real results through data. If you're someone who thrives on
getting statistics
and turning insights into action, we want to work with you.
What You'll Do:
Develop, manage, and optimize high-performing paid ad campaigns across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads
.
Align advertising efforts with our brand goals in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
Dive deep into campaign data--
get statistics
, analyze performance, and continuously optimize for better ROI.
Create and manage compelling ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Report on essential metrics like ROI, CTR, CPC, and more.
Collaborate with our creative agency to ensure brand consistency across all ad materials.
What We're Looking For:
Proven expertise in paid advertising, especially with
Meta Ads
(must-have).
Solid experience with TikTok and Google Ads campaign management.
Strong skills in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to craft ads that resonate with diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset--you love
digging into stats
to make data-driven decisions.
A portfolio that highlights successful past campaigns (required for publication on our website).
Must-Have Meta Ads Experience
Applicants
must have proven skills in Meta Ads
and be able to demonstrate this through the following:
Share statistics and past performance data from previous campaigns
Clearly explain strategies and approach for managing Meta Ads -- specifically how you would handle campaigns for our 4 new brands
Provide information on your typical monthly ad spend and the average ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) you usually achieve
We'll use this to evaluate both your experience and fit for our campaigns.
