Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare services team in a fully remote, short-term contractor role, starting ASAP until the end of February 2026.
This is a part-time position working 3 days per week, 7.5 hours a day (exact days and hours to be agreed).
As a Clinical Pharmacist with us, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with medication optimisation and long-term condition management.
