Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare services team in a

fully remote, long-term contractor role

. This is a part-time position working

17.5 hours per week

, Monday to Friday. You will work

3.5 hours each day

during GP practice afternoon opening hours between

12:30pm and 18:00pm

(details to be discussed further at interview).

As a Clinical Pharmacist with us, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in managing their medications and long-term conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. GPhC registration. Previous primary care experience. Completion of the

CPPE PCPEP Pathway
