Remote Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Remote or hybrid (Must be resident in England)

Salary: 37,000 per annum

The Opportunity

Judge Law, a proactive and client-focused law firm based in Windsor, Berkshire, is looking for a dedicated and efficient

Residential Property Solicitor

to join our team on a

fully remote

basis. For candidates close to our Windsor office, this will be a hybrid role.

This key role requires a disciplined Solicitor capable of

independently running a high-volume caseload

of standard residential property transactions. While full supervisory support is available, the successful candidate must be self-sufficient and able to manage their matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful Solicitor will be responsible for independently managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing files.

Independent Caseload Management:

Handle a full and diverse range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Transaction Execution:

Take ownership of files from initial instruction to post-completion, including drafting complex contracts, reviewing title, advising clients on search results, and handling all aspects of exchange and completion.

Compliance and Quality:

Ensure all work is conducted to the highest professional standards, adhering strictly to SRA regulations, CQS requirements, and firm protocols.

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and lenders, providing clear, proactive updates to maintain high service levels.

Efficiency and Targets:

Manage time effectively to meet demanding deadlines and contribute positively to the firm's completion targets.

Essential Requirements

Must be a

qualified Solicitor

(with demonstrable experience in managing residential conveyancing files independently). Proven ability to manage a

full, unsupervised caseload

of residential property matters. Excellent working knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures in England and Wales. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working efficiently and accurately under pressure. Must possess the self-discipline and secure environment necessary to thrive in a

fully remote working role

.

Base Salary:

37,000

per annum plus bonus if KPI's are hit.
