What we're looking for:
Your goal is to re-engage with our clients' customers through call campaigns like targeting lost & lapsed customers and converting them back into a warn lead for our clients.
This fully remote role
focusing on high-quality conversations and strong conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact lapsed customers to revive interest and re-open sales conversations.
Follow individual business processes to achieve objectives behind each campaign.
Strive to exceed individual and team monthly & quarterly targets.
Consistently meet daily call KPIs, contact rates, and engagement goals.
Accurately update CRM systems with lead status, conversation notes, and next steps.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
Requirements of the role:
Minimum 2+ years in a B2C sales role or call centre role.
Comfortable working independently.
Autonomous position so self-motivated with a positive attitude essential.
Proven track record of managing outbound call campaigns or re-engagement initiatives.
Results driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Focused, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent time management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in a fast past environment
CRM experience preferred
Automotive or Estate Agency experience preferred
